BioStone Stone Mill 700 & 1500 built for flour with high added value.
This stone mill has very low running cost with high quality output. By milling the germ together with the bran without being heated, we retain all the vital nutrients. The flour obtained has stronger fragrance, better taste and better crust colour.
The mill stone compound is extremely hard, certified suitable for contact with food and most importantly does not need to be "dressed" dramatically reducing the running cost.
This BioStone Mill can ground: grains, pulses and spices:
By example: Wheat, Durum wheat, Rye, Spelt, Corn, Barley, Rice, Oats, Kamut, Buckwheat, Broad beans, Lentils, Chick peas, Spices
The BioStone Mill can also be integrated with the production circle or combined perfectly with grain cleaning or flour sifting.
By sifting the wholemeal flour you can obtain a type 2 or type 1 flour.
