Shipping & Warranties
How much do I need to order?
There is no minimum order value. You can order as much or as little as you prefer. Shipping costs will be different according to the size of the order. Please refer to our postage and packing for more details.
How do you ship?
We use a third-party courier company to ship all our orders. Delivery will be made between Tuesday to Thursday. Whenever possible, order will be sent overnight for next day delivery.
Orders received after 1pm everyday will be processed the next working day. Please allow 2/3 working days from receipt of order. If your order is urgent, please place your order by 1pm.
What is the shipping cost?
Free delivery for orders £50 and over to all UK addresses (except Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Island, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly).
Postage & Packing (Tuesday to Friday delivery)
For orders less than £50:
Order up to 0.5 kg to UK Mainland: £4.30 per delivery
Order Up to 5 kg to UK Mainland: £6.00 per delivery
Order up to 20kg to UK Mainland: £7.00 per delivery
Orders above £35: Free shipping to UK mainland

Shipping to Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Island, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, please contact Flour Pantry directly via email at email@example.com. Based on your order, we will find the cheapest option available.
Since we ship for overnight delivery, we usually despatch goods Monday to Thursday. If you need to receive goods by a specific date, please reach out and we will do our outmost to meet your deadline.
In the event an item is out of order, we will contact you immediately to find a solution or arrange for a full refund of the item value.

OUTSIDE the UK
Currently we do not ship outside the UK. For any enquiries please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we can find a way to ship to you, we will certainly try.
TAXES and DUTIES
When goods are shipped abroad, they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically incur once the goods arrive at the country of destination.
The recipient is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Flour Pantry cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that may incur.
What happens to failed delivery?
Flour Pantry and the courier cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, where we have made attempts to deliver the goods to the address provided. Whenever possible, the courier will try to contact you to rearrange delivery at a suitable date.
We will try to accommodate delivery instructions on occasions but please be aware that if you ask for your delivery to be left unattended, Flour Pantry and the courier company cannot be held responsible for subsequent damage or theft.
What is your return policy?
At Flour Pantry, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service and the highest quality of goods. We want you to be happy with your Flour Pantry experience, so we strive to make sure our return policies reflect that. If you are not totally satisfied with our products, or if there is error on your order, please get in touch immediately and give us as much information as possible, including the date of delivery.
We will try and resolve it to your satisfaction.
Can I return the order if I change my mind?
Depending on the product category, on some items we can and others we cannot.
Food produce are perishable and therefore we are unable to accept returns on these orders. For Bakery tools, equipment, etc., if you have any problem with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com, for a return or replacement within 14 days from the date of purchase. If we have the item in stock, we will try to send you a replacement.
Product must be returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. A specific address for returning goods will return instructions will be provided.
Please note that postage of the returned items will be incurred by the purchasing customer. Flour Pantry will not be responsible for the returned postage.
What if I want to cancel the order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. (Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm). We are unable to accept a cancellation if the order has already been despatched.
For product that are manufactured to order, once the product has entered the manufacturing stages, the Customer is not entitled to cancel or change the order.
Goods are guaranteed against defects in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty of for 1 year from delivery unless otherwise stated provided that the goods have been installed, serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specification and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
