Whether you are a hobby baker or professional artisan bakery, we have the stone mills to cater your needs.

Unlike traditional stone mills which tend to crush the grains, our stone mills use a unique technique of turning and rolling the grains, by combining the flexible adjustment of speed and distance between the stones, this gentle process promises a perfect grinding, low temperature and reduced oxidation of the flour.

 

This stone grinding allows for a high proportion of bran and the entire germ, both rich in flavour and nutrients to be retained. The result is a healthier flour of exceptional quality.

 

The wholemeal flour can also be pumped through the sifter, to obtain a flour with less bran.

 

To complement the milling process, we also have the machines that cover the entire process of cleaning the harvested grain prior to the milling.
