This stone mill has very low running cost with high quality output. By milling the germ together with the bran without being heated, we retain all the vital nutrients. The flour obtained has stronger fragrance, better taste and better crust colour.
The mill stone is extracted from the slopes of Mt. Etna. The compound is extremely hard, certified suitable for contact with food and most importantly does not need to be "dressed" dramatically reducing the running cost. it also guarantees a long life and no residues of quartz or heavy metal unlike the classic granite stones.
